Restaurants
In terms of cookery, the old town is today a setting where visitors may find a variety of food choices, fine services and different categories and prices. This universe comprises 38 restaurants (4 693 seats), 56 coffee-shops (3 663 seats) and another 5 for services in non-convertible Cuban pesos. All these establishments, owned by Habaguanex S.A. Tourist Company, invite our visitors to savor Havana and, being located in the Historic Center, their earnings contribute to the restoration and social work carried out by the City Historian’s Office in that area.
In addition to exquisite traditional Cuban dishes offered in restaurants, where visitors may enjoy their meals to live music played by local bands, one of the out-of-hotel chain’s hallmarks is a variety of specialties in international cuisine, although they also go for keeping the Island’s culinary traditions and customs.
